Madison County Board met telephonically on Jan. 20, 2021 to receive routine departmental reports, hear four public comments, consider appointments to three vacant county-board seats (all three failed), and adopt multiple resolutions including budgeting transfers, service contracts, zoning special-use permits and property demolition authorizations.
