Madison County Board met telephonically on March 17, 2021. The board filed routine reports, heard four public comments (including concerns about a county official’s remarks about a high-school Black Student Union), approved dozens of appointments and resolutions, postponed one zoning petition for further review, adopted several contracts and appropriations, and recessed into closed session on pending litigation.
