At a special meeting Aug. 26, 2025, the Parma Heights City Council adopted a six-month moratorium on new short-term rental permits, approved a memorandum of understanding with the City of Parma to establish a dog park, accepted a federal Justice Assistance Grant for police technology, and passed a 2025 appropriation ordinance along with several other emergency measures.
