Pflugerville City Council held its Feb. 10, 2026 regular meeting: the council heard public comment on neighborhood road safety, appointed two members to the Finance & Budget Committee, and approved multiple code updates including a new Building and Standards Commission, junked-vehicle and public-nuisance ordinance revisions, temporary certificate of occupancy fee adjustments and several implementation items for a possible 2026 bond program.
