The City of Laurel held a council workshop Dec. 2, 2025, where Beartooth RC&D presented an MOU and its site-selector tool, staff reviewed a budget amendment to fund a new ambulance and extrication gear (supported by a three-year CHS grant), and staff advised council on how to handle public feedback about a state mental health facility proposal. No formal votes were recorded at the workshop.
