Dr. Van Hucklem announced that daily weapon-detector screenings will begin at the Daniel Morgan campus in January, following a rollout at John Hanley High School earlier this school year. He described the screening process, said it is not in response to an immediate threat, and noted staff expect a short learning curve for students.
