Tompkins County Expanded Budget Committee (Oct. 13) heard extended public comment urging the county not to cut the Office of Human Rights and then considered a series of budget amendment requests including Cooperative Extension salary adjustments, a half‑time sanitarian, additions to jail staffing, a part‑time body‑camera administrator and several small program grants.
