The Grove Municipal Services Authority met Dec. 2, 2025, elected Andy Stewart chair and Ivan Devitt vice-chair, approved routine minutes and purchase orders, approved a Constellation NewEnergy asset management rider, acknowledged an Oklahoma DEQ permit for a potable water main to serve Grand Lake Sunrise Village Phase 2, heard staff reports and a trustee complaint about a foul odor at a local lift station.
