At its Jan. 5, 2026 regular meeting, the Gladwin City Council unanimously adopted a resolution authorizing the city administrator to interview and retain specialized labor counsel. Council also discussed bringing zoning and planning work in-house and heard staff reports and event announcements, including the Winter Wonderland opening this weekend.
