Lincoln County Board of Commissioners met Jan. 3–4, 2023. Commissioners set officers and the 2023 meeting schedule, adopted an investment policy and chief-deputy salary resolution, approved multiple land-use filings and WYDOT grant agreements, discussed a proposed county-area sewer upgrade and the potential use of ARPA funds, and heard a Highway 189 wildlife-crossing proposal with state and private partners.
