The Clarkdale Zoning Code Update Citizen Advisory Committee met Sept. 11, 2025 to continue a multi-meeting review of a proposed zoning-code rewrite; members discussed consolidating zoning districts, coordination with Yavapai County GIS, accessory-structure/ADU setbacks, campgrounds/RV buffers, parking rules, golf-course effluent language and tiny-house definitions; two motions to table items were approved and further review of Chapter 3 was scheduled for the next meeting.
