The Greenville City Council on Feb. 6, 2024 approved a package of routine consent items, authorized sale and plat actions for industrial and residential development, adopted poverty-exemption guidelines under state law, awarded landscape and maintenance contracts, accepted utility infrastructure for a new subdivision, approved an easement for a parking-lot expansion and authorized an MDOT tree-replacement contract for M-91.
