Greenville City Council met Oct. 24, 2023, approved an amendment to the zoning ordinance removing a Planning Commission "public information meeting" requirement for site-plan reviews, granted tentative preliminary plat approval for the Edgewood Pines subdivision phases 1 and 2, and voted to defer further consideration of a recreational marijuana ordinance to April or May 2024.
