The Washington Supreme Court heard oral argument on a petition for discretionary review in MF Old Mill Village LLC v. Susan Tosh. Petitioner Susan Tosh urged the court to reverse a writ of restitution she called the product of discrimination and misconduct; respondents said the writ was lawfully executed more than seven months ago. Commissioner Michael Johnston said he will issue a ruling expeditiously.
