Madison County Board held a regular session Sept. 15, 2021 in Edwardsville. The board approved a package of zoning actions, grant and vendor awards, several emergency appropriations, an intergovernmental agreement with the Illinois EPA to support a long-term household hazardous waste collection program, and voted to terminate the lease and operating agreement with the Madison County Historical Society with a $300,000 payment to the society.
