Parma Heights City Council met Nov. 25, 2024. Council honored the Cassidy Theatre's 50th anniversary, heard department reports, and approved several resolutions and ordinances including a waste-collection contract extension, updates to the Master Street Tree Plan, prisoner-housing services, and a $283,937 purchase of firefighting breathing apparatus.
