The Wilmington Historic Preservation Commission met Jan. 8, 2026, and unanimously approved eight certificate-of-appropriateness requests and other rear‑renovation matters, including a new house at 514 Ann Street and rear renovations at 23 North Front Street. The Munson Building project was identified as a historic tax‑credit application that will undergo state and National Park Service review.
