At a Nov. 18, 2025 City of Laurel council workshop, councilors reviewed updates to a transit memorandum of understanding with Allies in Aging (including which buses will be used and an expanded Tuesday Billings run), discussed declaring city property surplus to help fund a new ambulance, and considered a contract to remove a hazardous cottonwood in Riverside Park. Resolutions will be placed on next week’s regular council agenda for formal action.
