The Old Library Special Committee heard a presentation from the Cornerstone Group on a proposed redevelopment of the county-owned DeWitt Park library site into a 63-unit senior affordable housing building, including a 32-year regulatory agreement and a requested PILOT tax arrangement. Committee members and nearby residents questioned design, parking, noise, abatement costs and financing.
