The Gladwin City Council on Dec. 1, 2025 adopted new employee leave and conduct policies, approved its 2026 meeting and Committee of the Whole schedules, tabled a tree removal policy for clarification, appointed Carolyn Hall to the Library Board, and heard administrative updates including a new code-enforcement hire and notice that Inline Plastics is leaving the community, affecting about 25 jobs.
