At its March 2 meeting the Washington County Council approved an amendment to the salary ordinance to add two part‑time dispatcher positions to address staffing and training gaps, and spent much of the session pressing for documents and legal clarity around a highway land transfer, Build‑Operate‑Transfer (BOT) project and related ARP expenditures.
