The Massachusetts House met in session, took up committee reports, suspended rules to advance a package of resolutions and local bills, approved extensions for committee reporting deadlines, scheduled numerous local civil-service waivers and commemorative observances, and passed several engrossed bills including a Department of Transportation land conveyance and a Natick charter amendment before adjourning to reconvene Thursday at 11 a.m.
