Madison County Board met telephonically on July 15, 2020; the board appointed Heather Mueller-Jones to fill the District 27 vacancy, approved several emergency appropriations and insurance purchases, and voted to place two advisory referendum questions on the November 3 ballot (on rehiring retired county employees and on automatic legislative pay increases).
