Chase County Commissioners met Jan. 27, 2026, and approved a three-year $5,000-per-year KENO contribution to the Chase County Area Arts Council for an arts center, authorized the emergency manager to sign an updated intercounty Hazard Mitigation Plan with an increased annual fee, appointed Dawn Weber to the Southwest Nebraska Public Health Board, reviewed hospital and transit reports, and approved minutes and claims.
