At the April 30, 2025 Erie County Commissioners regular session the board approved a slate of resolutions and administrative actions including a subgrant agreement with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, multiple contracts and budget adjustments, and received an update that the Cost Containment Committee plans a 10% health insurance rate increase and will discontinue coverage for weight‑loss drugs effective Sept. 1, 2025.
