At a July 14, 2025 special meeting in Lovingston, the Nelson County Board of Supervisors met in closed session to consult with counsel on a Wagner zoning appeal and Social Services building bid results, then adopted Resolution R2025-52 to declare the apparent low bidder nonresponsive and move to award the Social Services office contract to the next lowest responsive bidder pending final evaluation.
