Washington County commissioners at a special April 18 meeting approved several steps to advance a new Pre-K–12 school — including a funding-agreement amendment, change orders, shop drawings/site prep and a grant distribution — with Commissioner John C. Spruill recording the lone dissent on the funding amendment.
