At its Dec. 17, 2025 meeting, the Floyd County Merit Board reviewed a year of activity — including three hearings, a classification study, and more than 50 appeals — confirmed leadership designations, and provided orientation for two incoming board members. The board set its next meeting for Jan. 21, 2026.
