The Deerfield Board of Trustees met June 3, 2024, and gave preliminary approvals for a 147-unit townhouse planned unit development at Parkway North, unanimously approved several staff recommendations including a 4-month building-permit extension for 936 Westcliff Lane, a purchase agreement for in-car video systems, a budget amendment for early vehicle delivery, and a one-year lease for a coffee concession at the train station.
