The Kingsburg Downtown Business Improvement District Advisory Board met March 3 to approve the agenda and minutes, discuss downtown projects including Draper Street corner plantings and a microgrant application for a Swedish phone booth, finalize plans for the April 23 “Much Ado About Spring” stroll (including approval of a trolley budget), hear business updates and introductions, and schedule a Visit Fresno County presentation in April.
