Edina City Council met Oct. 15, 2024. The council heard community comment about transparency and several development projects, received a police presentation about an alternative response pilot, continued a public hearing on a Philbrook Lane conditional-use request (written comments open through Nov. 2) and voted on a set of routine resolutions including a subdivision approval and a reduced special assessment for Edina Morningside Community Church.
