The Morton County Commission met Sept. 11, 2025 in Mandan and approved multiple land-use actions including two final plats and zoning amendments, a special-use permit for a small meat-processing business with operating conditions, and a five-year property tax incentive for that business; the board also approved routine minutes, bills, abatements, travel and reported county expenditures.
