The Houghton County Board of Commissioners met Oct. 14, 2025, in Houghton and by Zoom to transact routine county business: they approved several administrative resolutions and routine payments, authorized appraisals and an RFP for county properties, awarded service contracts and appointments, approved a $2,000 contribution for an emergency response trailer, and addressed updates to the Tri-County Public Defenders contract and related payments.
