At its Sept. 11, 2025 meeting, the Lunenburg County Board of Supervisors approved several routine items and resolutions, accepted a $75,000 Virginia Outdoors Foundation grant to protect 11 acres adjacent to the county airport, and agreed to arrange a work session with school leaders after learning a school construction grant would require local matching funds the county cannot now provide.
