The Cheatham County Legislative Body met in regular session on Oct. 16, 2023 in Ashland City. Commissioners approved two zoning changes and a zoning text amendment, multiple budget amendments, contracts for EMS and law-enforcement equipment, and authorized proceedings toward up to $46 million in general obligation bonds for criminal-justice facilities.
