Cocke County Legislative Body met March 17, 2025 in Newport and approved two rezonings on Cosby Highway and Camp Lillard Way, accepted a $2 million Helene Emergency Assistance Loan Agreement with TEMA, and passed routine budget amendments, transfers and administrative items including a property tax refund and a review of the ambulance contract.
