Franklin County Fiscal Court held a regular meeting and voting session on Sept. 24, 2025. The court approved participation in national opioid settlements, gave first reading to a bond ordinance to support renovation of the Grand Theatre, approved multiple grants and contracts, and completed several personnel and budget actions before adjourning at 12:57 p.m.
