Spencer County Fiscal Court held a special called meeting Oct. 14, 2025. The court adopted an amendment to the county Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance to meet an impending National Flood Insurance Program map update deadline and discussed water-line work for the county annex, potential city cost-sharing for a 6-inch line and meter, and planned repairs and use of the Fair Board building.
