At its Sept. 20, 2022 meeting, the Greenville City Council approved a package of routine items including two alternate snow-removal agreements, a water utility rate study contract, a one-day food vendor permit, and the sale of a 0.70-acre industrial park parcel to JS Land Company L.L.C. The council also entered executive session and later accepted an Administrative Consent Order resolving disputes with EGLE over the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
