Summit County Open Space Advisory Council met Feb. 4, 2025, to review Breckenridge History cabin restoration plans, receive a 2025 visitor-use monitoring recap, decide to install a double-vault restroom at the B&B Trailhead (costs split with the Town), and discuss the completed Lower Blue land exchange and future river access. The council re-elected Jeff Zimmerman as chair and (renominated) Libby Pansing as co-chair and adjourned at 8:03 p.m.
