Town of Harrisburg staff and a Taylor Morrison representative presented the Traymore 2 proposal to annex and rezone 25 acres for a low-density single-family subdivision; nearby residents raised questions about tree retention, rear access lanes, stormwater drainage and notification. Staff said materials and meeting minutes will be posted and the project will go to the Planning and Zoning Board and then Town Council for formal decisions.
