Madison County Board held its recessed session on Feb. 20, 2019 in Edwardsville. The board heard public comments urging mental-health treatment for Keaun Cook; adopted two ordinances (public-comment rules and a groundwater potable-use restriction); approved multiple contracts, grants, purchases and emergency appropriations; and moved into executive session on pending litigation.
