Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission held a regular meeting at 5501 Ohio Drive where commissioners reviewed consent items, held five public-hearing agenda items and debated a significant preliminary site plan (Cobb Farm West) over open-space, façade landscape and parking concerns; the commission also approved a zoning amendment to add a regulated “smoke shop” land use and reviewed a PD for Independence/Maine.
