At its April 22, 2025 meeting in Fayetteville, the Fayette County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved two rezoning requests (one for single-family lots, one to permit small-scale farming) and approved a Guaranteed Maximum Price for a new multi-use recreation building; routine consent items and an executive session were also completed.
