The City of Middleton personnel and finance committees met March 5, 2024. Committees approved a material change to the youth center director position and revised the assistant youth center director role to recreation coordinator; the finance committee also approved several contracts, bids and a shared-services study and deferred a TIF/stormwater policy decision for more information.
