Franklin County court held a work session on June 30, 2025, approving a budget amendment, budget transfers and cash transfers while directing staff to review zoning trends (rural-residential to agricultural), refine an agricultural-use definition during a code rewrite and revive the county's stormwater task force. The court also asked staff for a review of intergovernmental contracts with the city.
