Allentown City Council heard public complaints about late-night snow removal and towing practices, scheduled follow-ups with the parking authority and public works committee, and approved a series of financing contracts, vendor awards and appointments; council also adopted a noise ordinance and approved the civic naming of a Liberty Street block.
