Chair (speaker 1) called the meeting to order, led an invocation and the Pledge of Allegiance and explained public comment rules and three-minute limit for speakers.
The Flower Mound Planning & Zoning Commission heard presentations and public hearings on (1) Argyle ISD stadium signage (CSP25.0002), (2) a zoning amendment for a self-storage site at Old Orchard/Flower Mound Road (ZPD 2057, “Charcoal Storage”), and (3) updates to the town's water and wastewater master plans (MPA amendments). The commission recommended denial of the storage zoning change, recommended approval of the water and wastewater amendments to go to town council, and recommended approval of the Argyle sign package with denial of the large press-box sign (A3).
