Kane County Stormwater Committee met to review a staff audit of ordinance implementation and to consider a package of proposed updates covering BMP triggers, solar arrays, modeling standards, wetlands mitigation and floodplain clarifications; the committee also elected a new vice chair and directed staff to start a public-review process.
