At its May 27, 2025 full board meeting, the Alpena County Board of Commissioners approved a one-time $8,000 transfer to HUNT after a 6-1 vote, adopted several committee-recommended policies and budget adjustments, accepted a $5,000 Community Foundation grant to keep a debris collection site operating, and approved assorted administrative items including an ambulance transfer and a fairgrounds project list.
